Your visit to The Thomas Scott Salon and Spa should
be a delightful interlude. As always, let us know if
there is anything we can do to make you more
comfortable.
Cancellations -
If you must cancel an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
All spa packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid being
responsible for 50% of the total services scheduled per person.
Late arrivals -
We do our best not to keep our guests waiting. If you are late, we will do
our best to accommodate you, but as a courtesy to other guests, our ability
to fit you in is not guaranteed.
Cell Phones -
Thank you for not using your cell phone in the spa area or tea room.
Clothing -
A wrap is provided to guests during services. We cannot be responsible for
damaged or stolen clothing.
Refunds & Exchanges -
Products may be exchanged for store credit only with receipt within 30 days
of purchase.
Assuring the Right Fit -
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another member
of our staff, please let us know. Our staff works as a team to guarantee
your complete satisfaction. Never hesitate to ask for a new stylist,
technician or therapist with a fresh point of view.
Gratuities -
Prices do not include gratuities, but tips are appreciated as a reward for
superior service. Tips may not be added to credit card charges. Thank you
for your understanding.
Gift Cards -
All gift cards must be presented at time of service. Please purchase gift
cards carefully as they are not refundable.
Children -
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of others, please leave
the little ones at home. Children are not allowed in the spa area.
